Looking For Replacement Hardware For Thule Bike Rack

Hi. I purchased a Thule rack for my 2016 Mazda cx5 from you back in 2021. Absolutely love it! It was ripped off in a carwash today. It appears to need only hardware. Can you help?

Oh no! Sorry to hear that happened. We may have the hardware you need, but typically that stuff is model specific to the rack.

Do you know the name and/or model number of your Thule rack? Let me know and I'm happy to look into it and see what we can do.

OK, am back from road trip and here is the info: Prod No: 859002/859XT Name: Thule Canyon XT Prod Weight: 13.2 kg Max Load: 68 KG. I would need replacement hardware as well as one of the end pieces for the crossbars. Can you let me know if you can provide these items as well as the cost? Thank you!

@TraciL Ok gotcha. We can provide replacement mounting hardware for that with part # TH32FH. This comes with the U-bolts, M6 bolts and washers. Is that what you are needing? We should have the crossbar endcap too, but those are specific to the crossbar. What Thule crossbars do you have? Also do you need a cap for the left (passenger) or right (driver) side?
