I wanted to make sure that this product is compatible with my reese hitch and rails. As well as my 2003 gmc sierra 2500hd long bed pickup.

I do have a solution for you, but the B&W Custom Mounting Brackets for Patriot 5th Wheel Above Bed Base Rails # BWRVR2400 will not fit a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD. This kit is for Ford F-250 and F-350s between 2005-2010 and 2008-2010 F-450s.
Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50064 is a confirmed fit for a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD will fit your truck but as well as the Reese rails. Reese's parent company has gone out of business so you may not be able to find new replacement parts for Reese items soon, so it may be worth looking into other options to keep your hitch serviceable and ready to go.
If that's the route you choose to go, you can use a kit that has brackets and rails for hitch, B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2500. That kit is confirmed to fit your truck.
