The replacement friction pads and bolts for Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 12K GTW, 1.2K TW # RP66560 have been discontinued and are no longer available and there are no available friction pads to work as an alternative.

The lift tool made by Reese are also no longer available, but Blue Ox makes one that has been confirmed to work with your system. The Blue Ox Replacement Spring Bar Lift Tool for Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17512 will work exactly the same for your Reese weight distribution system and allow you to lift your spring bars into position on your weight distribution system.

If instead you're interested in a new system, my recommendation here would be the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # EQ37120ET. This system has the exact same specs as your Reese system so it is perfect if your tongue weight is between 800-1,200lbs and your GTW is less than 12,000 lbs. My only drawback on this model would be that its friction points are steel-on-steel instead of having a friction pad, so it will be a louder system than the one you currently have. That's completely normal amongst weight distribution systems, so I don't personally think that it would cause you any issues and will be a great system in your setup to replace the Reese. If you'd instead like a silent system, B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control for 2" Hitch - 16K GTW, 1.6K TW # BW78FR is a great option for that. This system uses hydraulics to set your load to the perfect position and will give you a smooth, stable ride while towing. You can't go wrong with either the Equal-i-zer # EQ37120ET or the B&W # BW78FR, both are going to be great options for you!

Are the friction pads on your current system just worn out, or are they missing from the system completely?
