I have a 2023 dual axle yatchclub trailer with electronic brakes . It has a 5 pin connector. I am trailering with a 2024 Jeep Grand Cheroke Limited 4x4 extended version: L. It has the TraIler-Tow package factory installed. I am getting conflicting information as to what convertor to use. Google tells me this part will work while your site says do not use. Can you clarify, please?

The Tekonsha # 118496 is no longer available, and the Curt # C27BR is a similar vehicle wiring harness. However, before recommending either option, I'd like to confirm exactly what wiring your Jeep already has.
Vehicles equipped with the factory Trailer Tow Package are typically pre-wired for towing and often come with a factory trailer connector.
Could you tell me:
Does your 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L have a factory 7-way connector at the rear?
What is the exact model number of your Yacht Club trailer?
Is the trailer connector a 5-flat or a 5-round plug?
Once I have that information, I can confirm whether an additional wiring harness is needed and recommend the correct adapter, if required.
