Do the Westlake ST235/85R16 Tire and Wheel Assembly Come Balanced from the Factory?

Thanks for reaching out. The Westlake ST235/85R16 Trailer Tire with Matte Black Liger Aluminum Wheel # WST78FR is not balanced from the factory with wheel weights.

Trailer tires are designed differently than passenger vehicle tires. Their primary job is to carry heavy loads safely and reliably, so balancing is generally not required for normal trailer operation. During assembly, the tire and wheel are matched to help minimize imbalance, but standard wheel weights are typically not installed.

That said, some of our neighbors do choose to have their trailer tires balanced at a local tire shop, especially on larger RVs, fifth wheels, or trailers that spend a lot of time at highway speeds. While it is not required, balancing can help reduce vibration and may provide a smoother towing experience in some applications.

What kind of camper, or trailer are these going on?
