Troubleshooting Hitch Wobble with the Thule Vertex Bike Rack part # Th9029xt

Question:
Recently installed Thule Vertex in a Curt 1 1/4 hitch, but there is far too much play between the components. I am trying to reduce the wobble but not necessarily looking to also have the lock feature. Would the Curt F-315 do the trick? How about a stowaway hitch tightener? Any other recommendations? Thanks

If there is still wobble or rattle between the hitch and your Thule Vetex Bike Rack part # TH9029XT that would indicate that you need to tighten the anti-rattle bolt further until the excess movement is gone.
For further info on that check out the review video I attached for this rack and fast forward to the 1:00 mark to see how the bolt tightens. Joe gives the rack a good shake after he tightens it to show you how locked to the hitch it becomes when tightened all the way.
