We do not recommend mixing bracket and rail manufacturers. If you install the Husky Custom Mounting Bracket Kit # HT31413 in your 2003 Dodge Ram you would also need the Husky Universal Base Rails # HT30686.

Or if you have Reese rails and want a custom bracket kit for your truck you would want the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket kit part # RP50140 if you have the inboard style rails, or if you have the outboard style rails (the taller ones) you would want the # RP56011.
