what size of bolt do i need for installing hitch into my 2009 jeep liberty, coz the manufacturer sent me big bolt which is size 10.9.

It sounds like you have the correct installation hardware. I checked with Draw Tite and for the Hitch part # 75578 that you referenced the correct installation hardware is a quantity of (6) M12 X 1.75 X 40mm CL 10.9 bolts.
