Does Rear Bumper Fascia of 2021 Porsche Macan GTS Get Trimmed to Install Draw Tite Hitch

Question:
Does this require cutting the diffuser on the 2021 Macan GTS? The link to that part says it doesnt fit the 2021 GTS. If so are there pictures of it installed and which part gets cut?

Hey Justin, yes the lower fascia of your 2021 Porsche Macan GTS will need to have a hole cut in it for the hitch opening of the Draw Tite part # 75940 to install. I attached a picture that shows this hole for you to check out as well. What are you planning on using the hitch for?

Only the diffuser gets trimmed. The hitch comes with a template and if you follow the directions as to exactly where to cut, it’s super easy and will work perfectly. I purchased an oscillating saw and the entire thing only took a few minutes. You don’t have to actually remove the entire fascia to do the trimming.
