I still have a great solution for you but the Bully side steps # BBS-1101S-2 are not a fit for the 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. They do fit the 2500 and 3500 series, but not for a 1500 series.

We have other options that do fit your Sierra 1500 though. I have included a link to the most similar ones for you. I recommend Carr steps # CARR103991. I have linked the installation instructions for you.
