Do You Carry a Mattress for the Over the Cab Area in My 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 24FE?

Hello! I have a 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 24FE on a 2017 Sprinter chassis. I’m looking for a mattress that goes in the cab area over the driver and passenger seat. I can find a rear seat mattress, but I haven’t found a front seat mattress. Do you carry a front seat bed? Thanks!

Hello Heather,

Thanks so much for writing in! I don’t have access to schematics for individual campers, but based on my research, the over-cab bunk in the 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 24FE measures approximately 52 inches by 87 inches. If that measurement is not correct, please let me know what you do measure.

The closest option we currently offer that could fit in that space is the Teddy Bear RV Bunk Bed Mattress (74 inches long x 50 inches wide x 4 inches tall, tan) # LC380768, or for an air mattress # NA29FR. Unfortunately, it would not be a great fit for that bunk area.

The best option to get a mattress that fits perfectly in that space would be to work with a custom RV mattress manufacturer. If you search online for “custom RV mattress manufacturers,” you should find several companies that can build something specifically to your measurements.
