Hey Francine! There are no custom hitches available but you may be able to use the Multi-Fit Motorhome Trailer Hitch # 5350. This fits frames 24" to 46" wide so you will need to double check your frame measurements to ensure this fits. It has a 5,000 lb capacity which can handle your 2013 Infiniti JX35.
How are you planning to tow your Infiniti? It doesn't look like flat towing parts are available so if you're using a dolly or trailer it will probably take you over the limit of the hitch. If that is the case, you can use the universal weld-on # 41990-07 which can handle pretty much anything.

Hey Francine, did you get a chance to measure your RV’s frame to see if the multi-fit hitch worked out? Once you confirmed the fit, how did it handle towing your Infiniti? Your update could make it easier for others planning a similar setup.
