SAE stands for the Society of Automotive Engineers. The SAE part number is not the part number of the light, it is just a number on the lens that means that lens has passed SAE guidelines.
In order to try and locate a replacement lens for you, I will need the part number and the manufacturer of the light. This information is usually stamped on the housing.
If you can not locate this information, please send me a picture and the dimensions of the lens and I would be happy to check and see if we have something available that will work for you.
I have attached a link to all of the replacement lens that we have just to give you an idea of what is available.
