Where is the Under Dash Connector for Brake Controller installation On a 2000 Ford F-150

Question:

I just purchased a Tekonsha Prodigy brake controller. Code: 90185-3035P I have a factory installed 7 pin plug. I cannot locate the plug that I am suppose to plug my controller into. Could you please tell me or send me a picture of where it is located. I have removed the access panel .

Expert Reply:

The connector for brake controller wiring harness will be located under the dash near the center console. It should be gray and just above the OBD II port facing to the left. We have a picture of the connector location, see link below.
