Recommended Sway Bars for a 4WD 2007 Ford F-350 Single Rear Wheel Cab and Chassis

Updated 12/14/2025 | Published 12/13/2025

Question:

I want to replace my stock front and rear sway bars on my 2007 f350. Its 4wd and cab and chassis with a 6 lift. Im using end link extensions right now but I noticed you have some aftermarket rear sway bars designed for lifted trucks. Just wondering what would be the best setup. Thanks

Hey Chris. So long as your 2007 Ford F-350 isn't a dually model the Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # HE33FR is exactly what you need. This 1-1/4" thick sway bar is designed specifically for trucks with a 6" lift. It comes with all hardware necessary to complete the installation.

For the front end, you'll want the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1139-158. This a 1-3/8" sway bar that comes with installation hardware.

Is your truck a single rear wheel or dually?
