Hey Brandon, yes - the Fas-Top soft bed cover # FT26GV is a direct fit for your 2025 F-150 Lariat 6-1/2' bed, and the factory tailgate step won’t affect anything. The Fas-Top clamps to the bed rails, not the tailgate, so the step and assist handle remain fully functional. The cover’s low-profile rails also clear the tailgate cap perfectly.
Do you plan to pair it with the JayBar ladder rack # FT93MJ rack or just run the cover for now? Either way, it’s a super clean setup on that Lariat trim, but the ladder rack really would look sick on that new truck and be super functional for exterior add-ons and accessories!

Good to know, thanks! I use that step all the time for loading coolers and gear, so that was my biggest worry. Does the cover still let the tailgate close normally when it’s locked?
