Parts Needed to Install Active 7-Way on 2014 Ram CV

Question:
Looking to install part 118534 on a 2014 RAM C/V Tradesman. Will this plug and play harness provide back-up lighting and trailer braking? If so is there a 7 plug version instead of converting from 4 flat to 7 plug. If not what is the cleanest part way to adapt from 4 to 7

Hey Scott, for your 2014 Ram CV we actually have a complete 7-way kit that has a reverse light circuit as well as pre-wiring for trailer brakes that you'd need to wire a brake controller like the very popular # 90195 to with the part # 22121. Do you have a brake controller already or do you need one as well?

Hey Scott, how did things go with the 7-way wiring kit for your Ram CV? Did it give you the reverse light and trailer brake setup you were after? Your update could make it easier for others working on the same wiring upgrade.
