Yes, we do Jimmy. To add a hitch to a 2000 Ford E-450, you'll need the Draw-Tite item # 65001. This front hitch fits the E-450 Econoline Super Duty Stripped, RV Cutaway.

Please note you will need a 1/2" bit to enlarge two of the factory mounting holes.
