What’s the best way to clean these Meyers after spreading salt? I’ve had issues with rust on other brands.

Good thinking, Frank. After each use, empty any leftover salt and rinse the # ME83FR with warm water - no detergent needed. Let it drain completely, then apply a light coat of silicone spray or other lubricant to the crank gear and spinner. That keeps corrosion from creeping into the mechanism. It’s also smart to store them inside during the off-season. (the body is plastic so that won't rust)

Do you usually do a big cleanup after each snow storm or just once at the end of the season?
