Does this have a wire to tie into the reverse lights on a 2023 Ram Promaster 2500 136” wheelbase low roof? My trailer has surge brakes and when in reverse it has the surge disengage for backing up.

Yes, it does Scott! There is a reverse circuit on the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter item # 22112. This harness is designed to fit the 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500 without the factory tow package.
What kind of connector is on your trailer? If you have a 5-way you'll also need the the Mighty Cord 7-Way RV Style to 5-Way Flat Trailer Connector Adapter item # A10-7275VP. This adapter will connect the reverse light circuit to the 5th pin on the 5-way side for an electric lockout.
