Can the Aerator be Removed on the Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Bar Faucet?

Can the aerator and the end of the spout be screwed off? In the photo, it looks as if it is integral to the spout.

Yes, the aerator on the Phoenix Faucets Hybrid RV Bar Faucet – Dual Knob Handle – Chrome # PF211310 is removable. You can simply unscrew it from the end of the spout if you ever need to clean or replace it.
