Jared, once staked in place, the LED Solar Walkway Lights (Cobblestone # PT69RR and Sandstone # PT79RR) sit about 7/8" above the ground. That’s enough to cast a gentle glow along your walkway or garden without being obtrusive during the day. It's not going to shine as an entry light, so if that's what you're wanting, I can find something else for you.
