The Inno Tire Hold II Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum # INA389 will fit bars that are up to 3-1/2" wide and 2" tall. The Yakima HD crossbars (like # Y01159) measure 3" wide and 1-1/2" tall, so you are good to go!
