We definitely have a base plate for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JKU that will work with a Roadmaster Stowmaster 5000 tow bar. You didn't mention which version/style your Wrangler is, so I have all the options that will fit a crossbar style tow bar (which all the Stowmaster tow bars are):
Standard factory bumper with no winches or guards (does not fit Winter, Hard Rock, or 75th Anniversary models):
Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521448-4
Winter Edition - Rubicon Recon Edition - Rubicon Hard Rock Edition - 75th Anniversary Edition (does not fit if equipped with an American Expedition Vehicles bumper):
