Need 8’ coiled 7way to pollock 4 way

Hey Allen, do you need the 4-way to be flat or round? If the 4-way needs to be a round one we have the part # HM47044 which would work but we don't have a 7-way to 4-way flat that is coiled and 8 foot long at this time.
