I bout a draw tite trailer hitch for my 2019 subaru outback. I havent bought a drop mount yet. But wondering if the hitch tongue suppose to be in a lot. I thought it comes out back the bumper.

Hey Justin, I am not exactly sure what your question is but it does sound like you are looking for how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount for your Subaru Outback with the Draw Tite hitch # 75673 installed.
To do that you need to measure from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground and then also the distance from the bottom of the coupler lip on your trailer down to the ground. The difference between those two dimensions is the amount of rise/drop you need. Let me know what you have and the ball size the trailer coupler calls for and I'll see what you need.
