Can You Install a Trailer Hitch on the Front of a Car?

can this hitch or another type be placed on the front of a 2016 acura rdx ?

Hello Clark,
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75784 is only compatible with the rear of your 2016 Acura RDX. While front hitches do exist for some vehicles, unfortunately, there isn't one currently available for your model.
What were you hoping to use a front hitch for? Just curious to see if there is a different option for what you are trying to accomplish.
