Hi I have the step through townie and my other half has a more traditional road bike. What is the best tow hitch rack for both of our bikes together?

Hello Jane, thanks for reaching out. What I recommend for your is the following:
- Thule Epos Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel or Frame Mount # TH99XE
This is a very versatile rack so it will work great for step-thru bikes and road bikes. The telescoping masts can attach to the bike frame or to the tire. It has a capacity of 75 lbs per bike so it can work with even heavier e-bikes, and it will work with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers. It has a built in bike lock and hitch lock so it is very secure. It can tilt away from the vehicle to help with trunk access, and it fold up for compact storage. It also installs completely tool-free. There is even an option for a loading ramp and light kit if you are someone who like your add ons. Overall it is just a very solid, versatile rack that can work for almost any bike type.
