can i get a 7 blade wire kit to install on a non factory tow package 2015 grand cherokee that has the reverse switch,to deactivate my inertia trailer brakes

We can definitely help you out with that, Mark!
If you already have a 4 flat, like the Curt # C56208, you will just need the Hopkins 7-Way # HM47180 and you are good to go. The center pin of the 7 way will need to be spliced into your reverse light wire and it will do what you need it to. It sounds like you have a surge brake set up, so you will not need to wire the rest of this up.
Do you every pull anything with electric brakes?
