Hello Bobby, thanks for reaching out. The Tekonsha Prodigy RF # TK94FR installs by screwing onto the trailer frame and plugging in to a 7-way plug on your tow vehicle. Then there is a remote that plugs into a 12v outlet in the vehicle. There is no wiring required beyond that.

Are you needing to install a 7-way plug on your vehicle? If so, we can help with that. It sounds like you might have a dodge grand caravan? Can you tell me the year make and model of your vehicle?

Le Tekonsha Prodigy RF # TK94FR s'installe en se vissant sur le châssis de la remorque et en le branchant à une prise 7 voies sur votre véhicule tracteur. Ensuite, il y a une télécommande qui se branche dans une prise 12v du véhicule. Il n'y a pas de câblage requis au-delà de cela.

Merci pour cette réponse je dois faire un filage 7 brins a partir de ma roulotte je veux juste être certain d'une chose je dois repartir de la boite de jonction pour aller chercher le noir le 12volt continu si je comprend bien j'ai pas besoin de connecter le bleu car si je le connecte ca va être le contrôleur de freinage du camion qui ve envoyer le courant diminuer est-ce-que je suis correct on connectant rien dans la pin du fil bleu qui sort de la roulotte. Je sais pas si c'est claire j'attends de vos nouvelle merci. @Bobby Bonjour Bobby. Vous avez raison, il n'est pas nécessaire de connecter le fil bleu pour utiliser le contrôleur Prodigy RF. Tant que vous disposez d'une alimentation continue de 12 V, cela fonctionnera. Je suis désolé, mais il n'y a pas de francophones ici. J'utilise Google Traduction. @JesseM est-ce-que la distance de communication est assez grosse car je vais avoir environ 40 pied si je met la boite sur la dernière remorque sinon je vais devoir l'installer sur la roulotte. Merci

@Bobby Tant que vous utilisez un fil de calibre 10, 40 pieds de fil suffiront amplement. As long as you use 10 gauge wire, 40 feet of wire will be just fine.
