Can Rear View Safety Blind Spot Sensor System Install in 2025 Chevy Silverado Z71

Question:
2025 Chevy Silverado LT w/Z71 pkg. The bumper is chrome but the bumper steps are plastic. Would it be possible to install the sensors for the BSM inside the step?

Hey Jerry, you will need to take a measurement to see if the sensors of the RVS blindspot detection kit part # RVS-BES02 will work for you. The sensor needs to install between 50 and 150 mm of the corner of the bumper so you would need to measure your bumper to verify this would work. Otherwise it could install in metal too but you'd need a 25 mm hole saw for metal and you'd be set.
