Hello Areo, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 75223 will not fit a 2014 Mercedes-Benz B250 W246. This hitch will only fit the 2015-2019 models.

If you need to carry cargo with your 2014 B250, you could carry bikes with a trunk mount rack, or you could carry other cargo with a roof rack and roof mounted carrier.

What kind of stuff are you needing to haul?

I found out that these two models work with my B250 if I use a 3/4" plate at the mounting point. Reese model is 44777. Drawtite model is 75223 I'm plannig to use a 6mm steel plate and slightly oversized nuts to get to 3/4". I have a super light camper I'd like to pull. You do sell those items or similar, right?

@Areo We do carry the Draw-Tite # 75223 but we would not have the individual plates or nuts available.
