im looking at building a quarter elliptical front suspensin for a project thats gonna weigh roughly 400-500 lbs looking at 1 spring roughly 18 inches eye to eye or half springs

Hello Riley,
The only spring that we that comes close to 18" is the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,300-lb Trailer Axles # SP-072275 that is rated for a 3,300 pound axle, so it has the weight capacity of 1,650 lbs, and is 18 5/16" long.
