Could Panels and Controllers of Go Power AE-4 Be Split Up to Different Batteries

Question:
I have a 2013 bullet 19FVPR. Two 12v batteries AGM connected parallel. I have a pecron solar generator E2000. At this moment I charge the batteries with portable Go Power 120 Watts and I charge the generator with 4 portable 200 watts pecron panels. We are tired of putting and removing panels. We are wondering if it is possible to have this system installed and to put 3 panels in one controller to charge the generator and one panel in one controller to charge the batteries. Also, since the generator can take up to 1200watts of panels, would be ok to connect 1 or 2 portable panels , of 200watts each if needed to the generator? Thank you

Hey Maria, you can split up the controllers and panels of the Go Power Solar Panel kit part # 342-75010 in the way you wanted but if you have three of the panels going to one controller the power of all three panels under peak circumstances would be diminished a bit.
If the solar generator has an internal charge controller then yes you could run the panels straight to it.
