Hey Kenneth, the install harness you have 307200 is our part # TK22FR which is correct for a Tekonsha brake controller like the P3 part # 90195 to install in your 2019 Volkswagen Atlas from what we have from our manufacturer but it looks like you aren't the first person to report an issue with the Atlas as there's a review we have where someone says similar to you.
Is the connector on your Atlas a harness where you could cut the connector off and hardwire the brake controller to it?
