Does Draw Tite Hitch 41522 Only fit with Roll Pan Bumpers

Question:
WIll this hitch work with a stock bumper, looking to have a roll pan bumper in the future but i am needing a hitch now.

Hey Matthew, the Draw Tite hitch part # 41522 only works with roll pan bumpers because it is designed fit behind the bumper and have it's hitch opening be behind the license plate in the bumper.
