Hello Jacob, thanks for getting in touch. It sure will! The Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # RP39FR will allow you to install an air bag kit, as long as your stick with the Air Lift brand air bags. Their brackets are designed specifically to be compatible with in-bed hitches like the Reese. The Firestone air bags on the other hand, would not be compatible.
For the 2019 Ford F-250, I recommend the # AL88399 for 4WD models, or the # AL57391 for 2WD models. I also recommend adding an onboard compressor Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000. This comes with a remote, or you can monitor/fill the bags using the Air Lift smartphone app which is super convenient.
