Is there a backup camera available that will plug directly into the now empty tailgate camera connector on my 2021 Ram 3500

Hey David; there may be one out there but it is not something that we carry or that I'm aware of. The only thing I can offer is a universal backup camera like the Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors # HM60195VA but that would run a separate display and wiring.
Is this for your truck bed camper? Another option is the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS05TASF. You can mount the camera wherever you want but the best spot is above your door. This also has a separate display but you wouldn't have to run wires up to the cab of your truck since it is wireless. However, you will have to run 12V power to the camera.
