My 06 E-350 van has a trailer feed plug near rear bumper. Description of your Reeese 2006 ford can custom wiring says this will give me a working 7 way plug. Is this true? with no brake co troller? \

Hey Ron, thanks for reaching out. Your 2006 E-350 van came with a factory 7-way correct? If so, the Reese # 74682 is correct and will plug right into the USCAR connector behind your bumper. This will give you a functioning 7-way, but you would still need a brake controller in your vehicle to operate the electric trailer brakes. For that, what I recommend is the Tekonsha P3 # TK23HR. This comes with a custom harness for your E-350 van, so you can plug right into the OEM connector under the dash.
