The installation kit included with 5th wheel hitch and installation kit # PS30128 is actually Reese universal installation kit # RP30035. I have linked the installation instructions for you. But with a short bed truck like your 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 6-1/2 foot bed, you will want to use the slider version, # PS30129, to be able to make tight turns without hitting the truck and trailer together.
