Hello Scott,
The 2009 Chevrolet Silverado does not have a vehicle specific pigtail meaning that there will not be a connector for a brake controller. The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90885 is the right brake controller with universal wiring for your 2009 Chevy Silverado. The picture that I attached is from an install that we did here at etrailer showing where the wiring is located under the dash at 6 minutes and 6 seconds. I hope this helps locate the wires. Please let me know if you were able to find them.

Hey Scott, were you able to find the wiring under the dash for your Silverado and get the Prodigy P2 connected? Knowing how that went could help others trying to locate those same wires.
