Question:

Hi, I want to replace my trailer’s tires and wheels and am hoping to buy them together, that is, already assembled. My tire size is ST 225/75 R15 and the bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5. I have tried looking for it, but can’t seem to find them together. Is that not a possible option to buy? What would you recommend I do? I’ll appreciate any information. Thank you.

Hey Anabel! I'm sorry to say we do not have a wheel and tire combo that has a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. The only option is to get the Vesper Steel Modular Silver Trailer Wheel w/ Offset - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 5-1/2 # TA37RR and a separate tire like the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # KE63KV. You will need to have the tire mounted locally. Is there a specific reason you need this bolt pattern? It isn't very common for trailer wheels.

Can I use another wheel with a different bolt pattern even if my trailer has the bolt pattern 5 on 5.5? I have reached out to other sites and they recommended to purchase hubs with the updated bolt pattern to fit the 5x4.5 or 5x5 pattern.

@Anabel if you don't like any of the wheel styles that have a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern then yes, that is another option. If you can identify the axle using the axle tag, or at least the bearing combination, I can help you find new hubs. I would get 5 on 4-1/2 since it is the most common.
