As long as your 2011 Toyota RAV4 has a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver opening then the Swagman Original trailer hitch mount bike rack # S64152-2 will fit. If you need a trailer hitch you can use Curt hitch # C13149. I have included a link to a video showing an installation of the hitch for you. I have also linked a video on the rack for you.

Will the original Swagman 3 bike rack fit on a RAV4 with the spare tire on the back?

You'll need to take a quick measurement on your RAV4 to ensure compatibility. Measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the spare tire. As long as this distance is less than 14" the Swagman Original # S64152-2 will work great.
