Hey Jessica, I did some research on your 2021 Toyota Corolla and it has a 3,500 lb towing capacity so as long as the camper weighs less than that you'd be okay to use that vehicle as a tow vehicle. That said the hitches we offer for your vehicle are only rated for up to 2,000 lbs so you'd be limited to that like with the Draw Tite part # 24983. You are only as strong as your weakest component in a towing setup since that's where that component would fail. This is why you'd be limited to 2,000 lbs

You'll also need trailer wiring which for that you'd want the Tekonsha part # 118810 which is custom fit for an easier install and has a more reliable converter box.

You'd probably be limited to pop up campers mostly if that's something you'd be okay with.

Hey Jessica, how did things go with towing your camper using the Corolla and the Draw-Tite hitch? Your update could make it easier for others trying to find a camper that fits within that weight limit.
