Do I Have to Run a Line From the Battery to the F1 Lead to Install the Progressive Dynamics PD4135K?

Question:
Installing a PD4135K power center to replace the original WFCO wf8735p. I am in the final wiring stages, I hope, and need to know if I have to run a dedicated wire from the battery positive post to the F1 red lead? 2020 Jayco 213X JayFeather,

Yes, you do Dan! I checked the installation instructions, which I have listed below, and below the section that says DC ELECTRICAL on the second page it says to do exactly what you've asked.
Please note that it is recommended to consult a licensed electrician or RV technician for installation assistance.

Thanks Jarred, Success so far, I turned on AC and DC and all system are running nominally for far. Will call if I have any problems.
