I have a honda civic 2009 lx-s and I am looking for a nice sturdy easy to install base rack with keylocks that i can easily attach different adapters to for stand up paddleboards or bikes or what not. I also want it to be quiet. What do you recommend? thanks

For your 2009 Honda Civic LX-S Rhino-Rack's ROC25 Roof Rack is What I recommend. It has elliptical bars which are quieter than round or square bars, locks are included, you can mount many different accessories, and the bars are easy to install and remove.
For a stand-up paddleboard carrier I recommend the Thule SUP Shuttle, # TH811XT. It can hold up to two boards. I have linked a video review of the carrier for you.
