I have a 2020 F250 with the puck system - trying to find either a new slider or an adapter that would fit a BandW Companion My measurements from center to center of the holes in my truck bed is 25 1/2

Jeff, instead of an adapter, I recommend just swapping out the base of your Companion with the Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3370.
This base will fit with your existing head unit, and is designed to fit into the OEM pucks on your Ford.
