Hey Richard, thanks for reaching out!

There is a section on page on page 35 of the instructions for the Go Power MPPT Solar Charge Controller # GP54FR that I believe will be helpful for you. I'm attaching a clip from that section for your reference, but basically it states to double check that your connections are secured and in the correct order.

If you've verified everything is connected as it should be but you're still seeing problems, please let me know what exact problems you're having so I can get in contact with a tech from Go Power and get their take on it.
