Hello Matthew; the # 75908 fits the 2016-2020 Kia Sorento and 2019-2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. It will not fit your 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan. What you can use instead is the # 75119. This is specifically designed to fit your van.
