Hey Patrick! I would love to give you a quick yes but the best I can do is maybe and then show you what you need to look for. There is conflicting information on Tekonsha's website that says your 2016 Range Rover TD6 has the brake controller adapter port but I can tell you exactly where to look to find it.

I linked a diagram below that shows the wiring on your Range Rover. This will be at the base of the left side a-pillar or to the left of your left foot right before your driver's side door. You're looking for the plug labeled CSAT40A. If you have this plug then I can confirm that the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3035-P you referenced will indeed work with the Prodigy P3 item # 90195.

If you need any additional help please feel free to email me directly or comment below.

@JerredH, I had to re-pin the 3035-P connector to align with the factory Ford plug. Basically I switched the Black and Blue wire positions and moved the White wire from top to bottom. The red plastic piece on the 3035-P connector slides out which made repositioning the pins simple. All good now and working as expected. Can I send you an image I created of the before and after?
